Colored Pencil.
I know that there are a lot of problems and mess-ups on this, but I drew a lot of it freehand and I'm awful at that. xD I'm also awful with colored pencils, mind you. I did use one reference for the graffiti: [link] And the cat's face: [link] .
Drawn on a huge piece of construction paper I found at school 8)
